Under the astute leadership of Late Dahyabhai M Patel, the company witnessed remarkable growth, evolving into a Public Limited Company and achieving listing on the BSE in 1962.

The company is presently engaged in core sector business of "Phosphatic Fertilizer (SSP)", manufacturing from 1962 and serving farmers.
